“The dry cleaning itself was fine, but customer service left a lot to be desired. I went to pickup my jacket and and didn’t realize their door opened inward, so I assumed it was locked. One of the employees looked over at me several times and made no attempt to communicate that the door was unlocked and I needed to push, leaving me standing outside the door for nearly 10 minutes. Eventually, she walked over and grabbed the door, then lectured me about how I should carry cash with me when she asked how I’d be paying. I had previously asked if they accepted credit cards when I dropped off my piece, so this was an added annoyance. I regret not going to H30 instead, which was a bit farther from my Airbnb but had significantly better reviews and can’t imagine how these folks would act if something else had gone wrong, so I’d suggest staying away.”
